From isawan to steak-houses, from Gotohan to Shabu-shabu, greens to meats, pastries to cakes, tea-houses to coffee shops, samurai food to makis, burger, pizza, and pasta. From Chinese to Italian or Mexican, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Mongolian, or Mediterranean cuisines. From balut to ox-brain.
