What matters is that you played right and that you were able to compete.

Over the years I learned how to love and to care.
And over the years I learned how to not love too much and to care less.
It's good to love and to care for someone
But the question is, is it worth the pain they will cause you?
Yeah... you can just say "oh well, at least I know how to love"
But look who's crying at the end of the day?

I did not turn bitter on life.
Altho' I feel good, I cannot say I am better.
I still cry over unfulfilled wishes and false hopes,
I still wish of that ideal life with that ideal man,
I could stumble any time, anywhere.

But I'm armoured now...
