![]() So the whole day, I was waiting with anticipation, right? C said we'd get my boots after his work. I waited. I did some of tasks while waiting. I kept myself busy. I went to the post office in the afternoon to drop some parcels. Then we met at the bus stop. I saw the boots. The chemistry was still there. We want to grab each other. But then they don't have the size that I need. I need a 7.5 or an 8. They're selling the shoes for $200. I said I thought they said it was only $190 the last time I was there. The owner (he seemed to be the owner) was confused. He said they never had that pair of shoes sold at $190. I stood by what I said (the truth is, I think I confused myself with the one I saw online). He checked using the barcode scanner. It's $200 but since he thought he was the one who told me before that it's $190, he's giving me the boots for $190. No tax; plus, if we get another pair of shoes, we'd get it half its price. Carlos got a pair of Skechers. They ordered my boots and said I could get it in at least 10 days. Ecco Women's Rise GTX Tall is a pair of walking boots. Waterproof and good even when it's snowing. They use Gore-Tex fabric (durably waterproof, windproof, and will last long). My feet loved them when I tried it on. So comfortable. Did I say I love it? See? I am doing a review even if I haven't really worn it long. And I still don't have my own pair in hand. |
