Week 12, Day 2: 105 lbs.

I may have gained a pound again but I am in no panic. I know I'd lose it with just a few workout.

Today, someone commented on two things: (1) my now-more-visible biceps brachii and (2) my flexibility.

I have to ask a trainer at the gym, the next time I visit, to modify my program. I have to lessen my biceps exercises now and concentrate on my triceps. As DS has put it, "You don't want to look like Popeye, do you?" That cracks me up and at the same time, had freaked me out. *ewww*

The flexibility, I had to thank my personal trainer. It was a job well done on me.

"I was trained well..."
I told the guy at the gym, pointing to my PT.

"Yup, she's good now. She used to whine when stretching,"
my PT replied.

And he was right. Laughing
