Should I resort to diet pills just because I find it hard to achieve my 100-lb. goal? It didn't really cross my mind but I could honestly say that I don't feel good lately, having missed another week at the gym-- I feel bloated and now I have runny nose *haacchhoo*.

I am aware that my membership at the gym would end soon but as much as I wanted to workout every day until my membership expires, my schedule doesn't permit me to. I still have to report to work until Thursday, I have to get my shoes for the weddings, get both of my dresses from the laundromat, prepare my stuff for a busy weekend, which, by the way, will start as early as Thursday night, when DM and I should be off to Caleruega with P, the bride.

I wanted to make sure that I am still allowed to workout but then heard nothing from my PT so I tried calling them instead. They promised they'd get back to me but then again, heard nothing from them so far. I should have some answer soon. I am really in panic mode lately just thinking that I haven't worked out since Tuesday. I feel bloated. I feel heavy. I don't feel good actually, and all I can do is wish that it is only in the mind.

Wait 'till I step on the scale again. I don't know when.
