A week without a real work out and I am fine. Well, except for the leg-cramp that I got last night while playing badminton.

I hurriedly went to the gym after I got the parcel that I was waiting for today. And boy, I am glad I pushed myself to travel from Makati to Ortigas. I needed the work out.

My PT was at the gym today and he suspected that I weigh 110 or 115 lbs now that I have missed a week at the gym (he knows my eating habit, eh). I was too scared just thinking about that so I decided to do an hour of cardio exercises (treadmill and the elliptical/cross trainer).

Surprise! Surprise!

Week 11, Day 2: 104 lbs.

I should continue taking in a lot of C then. C for Control and C for C-Lium Fibre, too, now that I have tried a glass of it 30 minutes before my first meal (I couldn't use the word breakfast because I woke up around 12noon today). The C-Lium Fibre? You won't like the texture if you're maselan. It's like an oatmeal grain, only smaller and it tastes like... it doesn't have any taste-- that makes it weird. You could mix it on your juice, the box says, anyway. I took mine with plain water. *gulp* No. It won't make you poop any time of the day.

Now, I should focus on my sleeping habit. Only then, everything will be balanced.
