I told my PT on Sunday night that I don't want to do some floor exercises and that I have to beg off from doing some ab exercises or anything that would require me to lie on my back. It's the time of the month when I am not comfortable doing certain exercises. Guess what we did on Monday!-- Everything that I begged off doing! (*Argh!* Thanks to overnight pads!). I wasn't allowed to lift some weights and my cardio exercises were so boring I could sleep while walking on the treadmill and while climbing on the stepper. Week 5, Day 3: 107lbs Still water retention? We'll see today.
