[Red Corner] An admonition from now on.

This is not a continuation of my usual blog when I was a member at the Red Corner Fitness & Boxing Club. This is a resumption on my weight-watching track. Not that I am still on my 100-pound goal, nope. It's just that I feel this may serve me well in keeping myself healthy and balanced.

It has been a long time since I blogged about my weight. And true to my last record, I am stuck to 105 pounds. I may have lost and/or gained weight the past couple of months but that I have lost track of. Right now I am definite that I am still okay with 105 pounds.

"...does orovo really work?"

I heard that question somewhere. Uhhh... I'd say, "Exercise and watching what you drink and eat would really work!"

Not that I am religiously working out (the couch is more inviting than the elliptical trainer lately) nor I am really watching what I eat, but (maybe) it is a conscious effort that I was able to maintain my weight. Maybe I should even be thankful that I love to drink and eat healthy (will share to you next time, the foods that I love munching on).

Right now, let me keep (and stay on) track again...
