I am reading some fat burner reviews and stumbled upon this from teabenifits.com. According to them ginger tea relieves nausea, combats motion sickness, helps digestive processes, combats inflammation, reduces dizziness, limits flatulence, controls chronic pain, eases the pain of muscle aches and rheumatoid arthritis. It also minimizes symptoms of the common cold, allergies, and other respiratory conditions.
We call it "salabat" in Tagalog. Bought two boxes yesterday. Now I have added it to my routine.
