116lbs. I am good at maintaining it but it's never my goal. I need to lose at least 10lbs but losing even a pound is so hard for me lately; having no exercise and no other physical activities. Still, I don't think weight loss pills should be in my option. Not for me.
I went to College Point, NY a few weeks ago to check on this badminton court; even brought my gum-soled rubber shoes from NJ now (I left my rackets though, thinking I could just rent for the first few sessions if ever I get the chance to play again). But the cold season is here now, I am not sure if I will have the chance to bounce back from the longest hiatus in my badminton life. But still, I may take my chance one of these days. And until that day I know I have to prepare myself. Not just my gears but my whole being. I can always scream, "Lose some weight, Mae!" but believe me, it's hard to do it alone.
