Do I need to build muscles? Good question. At some part, I do. Like a little on my triceps. I was working on it when I was going to the gym. I kinda lost it. My personal trainer even gave me a set of routine exercises for that. I wish I have kept it. Anyhow, it's not a priority. I don't have any health issues with my muscles right now, well, except for my back. I still have to strengthen it. I can't work without my back stabilizer. Maybe I can but I do not want to risk it. Not again. Oh no, not again.

I was thinking of taking some kickboxing class but I am not sure yet if that'll be good for my back. If not, then I have to pursue playing badminton again. I've already printed the address and I have the list of clubs now. Let's see this time how far I'd go.
