... it pours. Literally. Figuratively. It had been raining the whole week and I especially enjoyed Friday's pour. The temperature is just right to wear a skirt, layered tops, and my favorite pair of rainboots (not to mention I was let go early from work, I was able to buy some materials for my upcoming project). Aside from my goal of making at least one card every weekend, I actually have 3 pending projects now (and lots of writing to do). I have two 1st-birthday-invites to make and one Christening/birthday-invites for December (client says she wants a Christmas motif). God knows how much I love doing all these! It feels good. Today, I only have until 12noon to work on something. I need to cook General Tso's Chicken again for a little celebration and get-together tonight; then C and I will hear the anticipated mass. So there, I guess, I have to get going now. I am tuned to this channel where they're showing metal buildings. I like having a background. |
