I heard myself saying that to one of my prayer warriors the other day. And Sunday's second reading tells so much more of what I really felt-- so grateful for all who has joined me in my journey: I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through Him who gives me strength. Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles... And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen. Philippians 4:12-14, 19-20
In less than one year, a lot of prayers have been answered. Blessings poured in non-stop that there were days that I couldn't contain it, I cried with praises and thanksgiving. I felt empty and then You filled me in until my cup was overflowing. Who would have thought that all these that has happened will take place in less than a year? If not of God's Grace I wouldn't be enjoying all these that I have right now, although temporary. And I have faith that the same Grace will land me a good job soon. Here we all say, "Amen." |
