I never read the novel, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, as I am not a fan of mystery novels. I would never watch the movie alone, too. For me, watching such movies alone is boring. But I don't want to miss watching it. I know the book was good. I heard and have read some reviews about it. So, when C asked me if I wanted to watch a movie, I had two options: Toy Story 3 and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. But Toy Story 3 is in 3D, that, I am never a fan of (3D films, I mean-- I get dizzy watching this kind of film). I was glad that we both agreed on the latter movie (if you wan't the body built of the character, Lisbeth Salander, I guess you could click here. Though for me, it's too much leanness.) For me, the movie, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, is a well-crafted movie. I didn't mind the subtitle actually, as I am used to watching Japanese and Korean films with English subtitles. Noomi Rapace, who plays Lisbeth, is convincing. Well, she got me, all I can say. Maybe I should read the book. |
