Roommates.

(From my journal: Thursday, 01 October 2009)

Initially, we had the voice of Marge Simpson as a roommate, and when she's discharged, a new patient, with a hearing problem, I assume, because her television’s volume was turned too loud, came in (no plasma mounts here). And we thought, we would rather have Marge Simpson as a roommate than a “bunch of people talking so loud”--- well, that was the television set to the loudest. Grandma thought there were loud people talking to her roommate, as she couldn't see behind the curtain that divides their spaces. After a day, we were transferred to a better room. Single-bed. No roommate. And with a view of the city [photos were taken using Pammy].

The television still acts weird though. I guess the remote control’s IR has an issue around here, like it is controlling the television in the next bed. And now that we're alone, it seems like someone is controlling our television. Hmmm... unless we have another roommate that we couldn't see, eh?
