I can't live without music. It's not my passion (if you call it an ardent love, I don't have it) but I love listening to every genre there is out there. Eclectic, that is my taste. I started collecting MP3s a few years ago (could be earlier if only, I have much bigger space in my HD). Now I have 18.77 gigabytes of MP3s and still going further. From 60s to 70s, 80s to 90s, to the new era. From instrumentals to ballads. From hip-hop to rock or metal/hardcore. From children's to inspirational songs. There are days that I'd listen to some "meditations" -- the ones you'd often hear inside a sauna or spa. There are days that I'd listen to Linkin' Park or Eminem. To T.I. or T-Pain. There are days that I'd sing along with John Denver or Alanis Morissette. Even with Alvin and the Chipmunks sometimes. Yes I could be crazy with music. Just the same, I'd go crazy without one. The past couple of days, I have been trying to arrange my collection, then I ended up downloading for some more. The other day I was into Jazz, now I miss the music of Incubus, REM, Creed, and Radiohead. Well, I guess I have to paint the lily some more... |
