Getting something for the belly fat is so easy here, some has told me, but there are certain drugs here at Uncle Sam that I couldn't get without prescription (like we can buy Amoxicillin over the counter in the Philippines). And there are certain drugs that I was so used to taking that I wish they have here (Kremil-S, Ponstan SF, or Alaxan). I know they have their own brand here like Tums and Advil; it's just me. I just want to have the same stuff. But since I cannot, I know I have to start getting used to what's available. Yes, of course, just grab anything that is available over the counter.
