My planner says, I will see the world in the end of 2008.

PlannerLast December, we had frequent Starbucks to complete my friends' stickers to avail of their 2008 Planner. I didn't want one so I just helped them get their stickers. I am not a coffee person (as I am a tea-person) but I've enjoyed my every order of coffee with them and I enjoyed seeing them finally get the reward of their sleepless nights (some, because of too much caffeine).

Then for Christmas, someone gave me a planner. It wasn't from Starbucks but it was a planner. And I have been staring at it ever since I got it. To be honest, I panic every time I have something that I have no use of. And all my life I never tried using a planner. I don't even have a calendar in my room. "So, what am I going to do with this one?" I thought.

Well, for one, the first quarter of this 2008 is expected to be hectic for me. That aside from the UST-EHS Alumni Homecoming in February, I have to start doing a wedding invitation soon! I am so excited! Maybe I could try to start listing down my schedules, my plans and ideas. But then again, it's not my style. I haven't really thought about what's supposed to happen tomorrow or the next week or the next month. All I know and I am aware of is that I have so much things to do and there are a lot of things ahead that I should be ready of. No, I don't need a planner for these stuff.

Writing. I love writing, I could use it as a scratch pad or a notebook. Or I could just stare at it to preserve the crispy pages and its wonderful leather case, what d'yah think?

Map Today, I was about to keep it in my box when I thought of going through its nice paper-material and tried to smell its pages (I love the smell of papers and of books). Then for the last time, I thought of checking out its last few pages.

Was I expecting to see a happy ending just like in novels?

Surprise! Surprise! It is more than an ending of a novel that I have discovered from my planner! It's a 32-page map! A world map, that although the letters were tiny, they are still readable. And come on! It's a world map! Did you know that I love maps? Now you know...

This ain't just a planner after all. Now there's a reason to stare at the pages!

Now you're asking, "what is she going to do with a world map?"  I don't know. Prolly plan a world domination or find some hidden treasure using a tiny map? LOL. But really, I just love looking at maps (but no, I am never good in directions).

Well, it's time to jump at the end of my 2008 planner and see the world. First stop would be the World Political!

My planner is cool, thank you!Cool
