My Traffic Life

I am Mae German. 34 years old. Born in Mangatarem, province of Pangasinan. I was taught and trained by Juan Dela Cruz, and I am currently being trained for more by Uncle Sam. Writing since the age of 12. Blogging since 2001. I keep a notebook and a pen in my bag, on my bedside table, and inside the bathroom. Misses a lot. Sometimes even my own voice. Loves to laugh. Sometimes even at myself. I am a work in progress. My ultimate dream is to be a SAHM. That is, if I am bound to have that chance in this lifetime... and I am.

My Traffic Rules

Don't take my words personally. At times, not even literally. This is my journal. You're my reader. My spectator. Applaud. Yawp. Yawn. Smile. Frown. Rave. Rant. Or not. Neither can I see you from where I am standing nor can I hear you.

This is not my life. Maybe just a part of it. But this is me meandering through life. My emotions fluctuate. My opinion varies. If it's too hot in here and you can't take it, leave. If it's dull and too cold, go somewhere else for warmth. I won't wipe the frown on your brow.

My stories, unless stated otherwise, are mostly fictional. Fiction could be based on reality. Still, they are fiction. Don't own it. Don't live in it. It is what it is. Leave it.

Watch out for the traffic light. Follow the rules. Cruise.

Uhh... in my dream!

I used to like pick-up/trucks. But when I got here at Uncle Sam's, I stopped seeing them as appealing as before. But that doesn't mean off-roads and long drives are now less appealing. Yup, I love the off-roads! It's just that, I saw something that has made me drool and it's much better than the ordinary big car-- THE Hummer H3! I'll have mine in graphite metallic color.

Hah! $43,875 with my choice of off-road light bar, lower grille lamps, side window deflectors, cat back exhaust system, performance air intake, chrome hood louver, chrome tail lamp accents, wheel lock kit, hitch-mtd bike carrier, underbody protection, adventure kit, and first aid/tool kit (of course!).

On the other hand, I am considering a Mini Cooper S, too. I was engrossed on doing my own mini and I came up with this, for the price of $43,363. Compared to the Hummer, I did a lot of modification on my Mini. From its exterior to its interior. Performance and all. The Works!

Color is midnight black (was thinking of British Racing Green before but well, once you go black...!), white roof and mirrors, white turn signals, white bonnet stripes, John Cooper Works sports suspension, tuning kit, strut brace, sport brake kit, dynamic stability and traction control, limited slip differential, aero kit, 17 black web-spoke, front fog lamps, Xenon lamps with power wash, auto dimming rear view, powerfold heated mirrors, sport seats, heated front seats, black leather lounge, chrome line interior, Anthracite headliner, dark gray color line, automatic AC, dual pane sunroof, on-board computer, garage door opener, computer nav. system, comfort access system, alarm system, comfort bluetooth with USB, sports leather/MF wheel, Hi-Fi sound system, Hi-Definition radio, and iPod adapter.

But then again, I have to consider my priorities and goals in life in getting a car here. I am even thinking of getting a second-hand one (IF I am getting a car). Say, a Honda Civic hatchback? I could dress it up like a doll!

Just my wishful thinking... FOR NOW. Well, let's just say, this is just a vision. My vision.
