I do not want to claim it, but I can't deny it, I feel like I have been cursed when I was a child, of this sickness (we call it "biyahilo"); and it is getting the best of me these few weeks. I always say I envy those people who can read books or news prints or even e-books on their gadgets, while I couldn't even read a poster on a bus or the subways without getting sick. I tried to compose and send an email to a friend once and chat on YM once. I ended up really sick that night when I arrived home. A friend suggested that I try some of the best prenatal vitamins (woah! na-ah! I do not like multi-vitamins) because they have good amount of iron; I am taking an iron supplement already. I have probiotics, too. Anything that I know can help, I think I have already tried (lemme know if you know something else). You know the culprit? Stress and lack of sleep. There is no supplement for sleep. I know it's just it because this weekend, I was able to sleep for 10 hours and I woke up feeling so much better. But now I have to travel again. *sigh* |
