You want a quick weight loss? Try baking breads, cookies, and pastries or rather yet, try cooking. I lost a few pounds since I started learning how to bake and cook here in New York. I don't think it's my appetite that went down. I think it's the work and all the heat in the kitchen during baking, that has burned some of my fats. That, and going back to my daily routine of stretching. I finally bought my exercise mat. I need to do something for my back.
