LIFE. What's that again?!
Wednesday, 06 February 2008

Who can tell that I have a fever and I am coughing badly right now? Who can tell that my back is aching and I am really sick when I am still awake at a little past 3AM, working?! Who can tell that I am in panic-mode and that I am going through a toxic time at work lately, when I have been blogging almost everyday?

I'm just waiting for my file transfer now actually (I need to buy an extra external hard drive really soon!). Must back up my codes for the system that I have been trying (really hard) to work on (I need a real miracle for this one. And I'm serious!).

Sick or not, there's no difference. I was up early today. After having my meal, I transformed from being a regular joe to GreenApple . I hope my macbook could withstand the pressure (the same pressure that I have been going through the past days). If I could give it some vitamins, too, why not?! Wink

The truth is, my life (if you can call it that) is revolving around a box called the "computer". Working in the office or at home is the same. Precious are the times that I sneak out from it and enjoy the company of some human. Obviously, lately, I cannot (rather, I should not) sneak out.

But I will on Saturday and on Sunday! Ate Shirley is arriving from the U.S. for our upcoming UST-EHS Alumni Homecoming and I have promised that I'd join them for lunch. I should sneak back to work after that.

Sunday will be spent with the E!s at Clark (as we have planned it earlier). I know... I know, it's a photo op and I no longer have my trusted camera . Will have to ask MJ if I could borrow his point-n-shoot digital camera else I will just drool over their new DSLR and their shots! Hah! Innocent And Oh! Someone shoud bring a card-reader as well.

Ooppsss.. WSFTP says, "Transfer Complete." Gotta hit the sack for a nap and try to work some more. Thank God for broadband connections and for search engines. I have created one report using VB.Net and one stored procedure today.  Although that one report is not yet fully functional because I am having problem disabling the parameter dialog box on Crystal Report (I'm using the one that's already included in VB.net) when I am already passing some parameters from my codes.

Ok. Gotta sign off before I talk about stuff not every human being could understand. Hmmmm... I don't understand everything either! A lot actually! So that makes me a human still, right? Thank God for blogs, people know I still exist! *arrggggh*

ZZZzzzzzz..... *coughs*
