For a few months now, I have been religiously eating my fruits-- apples, oranges, and bananas are the usual. I like my apples and (sometimes) oranges with salt. I am not into strawberries and blueberries but when I discovered that salt can make a difference, I started eating a bunch of strawberries and blueberries, too. Then today I bought plums because I know Carlos doesn't know how plums taste like (it was only here that I learned to eat this fruit, FYI). I know I have to watch out for my salt intake. Well, I know, too, that I need it whenever I am working out, walking, or playing some games of badminton to prevent cramps. Yes, I need to flush it out by sweating and drinking plenty of water. But yeah, these are my fruit bowls for this week.
