Dieting. Not.
Thursday, 04 November 2010

There is a difference, at least in the concept, between "dieting" and "watching what you eat". For someone who is not really into dieting (ehermm), it irks me whenever people say "it's because you're always dieting... that's why you are getting sick." Really, come on! Have you seen me taking any diet pills lately (hey, watch out for the side effects of diet pills) or heard me say, "I am on diet"? Na-ah. I don't think so. But yes, lately, I feel unstable. This is not new to me. I get dizzy and suffocated on crowded subway trains and buses. Some time in the past, this happens every month. And sometimes it is just a reminder that I have to get more sleep, some iron supplement, and some vitamin B(s). Meaning, I should watch what I eat more closely.
