Bob is a mixed Maine Coon cat and he's a little over one year old now (no age spots yet, of course, I am not sure if cats get those spots like us, humans). He's healthy but I feel like he needs to grow some more. Maybe as big as Agatha. Maybe bigger because Maine Coons are one of the largest breeds in domestic cats and they have the tendency to go as big as 25 pounds. I am just worried that he's skinny for his type, although they said we should give him five years to grow. I couldn't wait. Since it's all right to give him a booster, like what they did to Agatha (now we can't stop her from eating), I asked C to give Bob a booster shot today. So tonight at the animal hospital, I carried Bob, held him while he's given the shot, afterwhich I ask C: What's this shot, again? And he said: STEROID. Will Bob be a muscled cat like those people who are taking steroids? Just teasing. C said we'll see the effect soon. Bob should start eating a lot now and soon we can't stop him from eating. I am actually excited to see that. I don't care if he'll wake me up in the middle of the night just so he could go out and eat. I can't wait to see that Maine Coon side of him. Bob's current weight: 9.08lbs |
