Before Yoga (yes, I am trying to do some now), I was considering an orthopedic mattress for my back problem. Now, I think I will be okay, or better than OK.
 
I used to do a lot of exercises and stretching when I was in the Philippines. I was into Ashtanga yoga, too. And I was in good shape. Mentally, physically, emotionally. All in balance, I may say. So when I saw this magazine one time when I was in line at the cashier in Whole Foods, I grabbed it. It's the basics of Yoga. Then I bought the Yoga for Total Back Care DVD, which is now my guide. I lift a 5pound dumbbell once to thrice a week, too; plus, yes of course, the walking. I am still not confident to work without the back support, but I know I am getting there.
 
I still wish I could get into a sport soon, if not someday.
