A few words from a constipated mind.

"Eating out is much more memorable when done in the company of friends."

That was a shout out on LS's wall and I couldn't agree with him more. It hits me, bulls-eye.

I miss my friends back in P.I.. I miss our food trips-- from food-tasting trips to eat-all-you-can, from street foods to fine dining. From foods that are usual to those that are not.  But well, I cannot dwell on this feeling for too long; it's going to swallow me whole. I cannot allow that. Besides, that is just not so me. Hate me for being resilient but I have always liked cutting the drama. There are things that we should just get by. If I have it then I have it. If not, then it's fine. Don't be scared. I am not heartless.

I repeat. Not Heartless. Just resilient.

Anyways, Barney and I have been going out for a while. We had an attempt to try a Malaysian cuisine in Flushing a few weeks ago but failed to locate it. I was happy to see some pork liver on a stick but the taste was disgusting (boy! I miss JT's and 4byForce). The adventure was fun, anyhow. I would never beg off on any of that although I know I suck big time in keeping and staying in touch. But then, that's another issue (not a crime that should entail some action-- someone has been reading too much about Oklahoma criminal defense). Well, I am trying, given the not-so-much chance that I got.

'Nuff said.
