"Do something today that is worth writing..." It's one of my many thoughts each day. Although some days are okay, there are some days that I fail. Well, I cannot write about the 8x20-feet tarpaulin that I was able to finish in two or three weeks, although that is worth-sharing, I haven't seen the printed product yet, so I am not yet sure if it is worth-seeing. I cannot show you how the 5x7-inch 61-page photobook looks like either because just like the tarpaulin, I still have to wait for at least 3 weeks. But yes, I have been doing a lot lately, aside from attending to Grandma's needs, I have been working on a lot of creative stuff that I could say I feel good about but exhausted-- Good and tired, as Grandma would have said. So yesterday, I rested my eyes from working with GreenApple and continued reading the book, Three Cups of Tea. I sat at the foot of Grandma's bed, with Sheba, the German Shepherd, lying beside her. I am addicted to Sheba's smell, by the way, and I am really happy that she allows me to hug her and pet her and kiss her, and yes, and "gigil" sniff at her! "Sige, nasinghot mo na lahat ng balahibo niyan!" -- If my grandma May (Mai) is still alive and if she'd see me doing the hugging and sniffing, I know she'd say that, like I could cough some fur balls now. Heck! I'd do anything to rest my head and bury my face on Sheba's neck! I did pump air to an airbed, too. Manually. Now the pain on my shoulders caused by the grass edger on Monday is totally gone. I have been doing some triceps exercises (body weight dips with bench) lately but the edger did the biceps on Monday. LOL! Anyways... the airbed is for Grandma's great grand kids who flew in from CA last night (no need for some long distance movers, they're only staying here for a couple of days). Also, my "PERA AT KAHON PARA KAY CHARITY" box have been launched on Wednesday on my Facebook wall. I would like to write more about it but I just don't feel like doing it today. That's just it, anyway. It is the first Balikbayan Box that I am sending home and it will go to charity. It's another dream coming to reality again... at least, for me. And yes, this is worth-sharing. ******* Meet my new buddy, Hot Pipay, a 50-cl thermos from Pylones.
