Yup! I have officially marked this week as my health-conscious week. Mala-uhog na Buko (coconuts-- are there any franchise opportunities for those carts? I, sure, will be one of their suki) and cranberry juice were added to my daily routine-- which is having the following every day: Bee Pollen, C-Lium Fibre, whole grain oats, flavored oats, milk, water, water, and more water. Of course full meal and a goodnight-sleep should never be missed. Today, I did my 40-minute brisk walk from the church. How I love the cold breeze outside!
