Yesterday, I went to one of my "heavens"-- Michael's (arts and crafts) Store in Manhattan. From midtown, I took the B-subway train to 96th Street and walked to Columbus Ave. (thanks to Google Maps). I stayed for about 2 hours and spent around $60 (thanks to C) only buying what I'd be needing for my card-making day today and the next weekends. Believe me when I say I feel like I am in "heaven" whenever I am inside an arts-and-crafts store. I was tempted to grab a lot of things. I got most of my stuff on sale (even my new heat tool gun was on sale, yay!). On top of that, a guy, who, according to the cashier, is a regular there, gave me his extra coupon to get additional 10% off from my total. Ah! Talk about "angels" in heaven.
Hmmm.. does these kind of stores give big discounts on Black Friday?
