In 2006, I faced a fork-road: To continue working in I.T. or to pursue a career in veterinary medicine (career change). I had to take the latter in Tarlac College of Agriculture (TCA). It's a deal I had to take so I wouldn't pay for my education.

Other than I can't see myself stocking on cattle supplies and sticking my hands into some sick cow's anus, the school is one factor that I chose to stick to my current profession. I have to leave the life that I am used to here in the city if I will choose that option. And then what's next? Will I find my purpose?

I haven't really found my purpose but I'd say that life after that decision has made me into something more happy and at peace with myself.

Sure, I love animals. I could kiss some cats, I could sleep with dogs, I could hug a goat, and get kicked by a cow (huh?! Oh! That happened to me once). I would never regret not choosing to be a vet med but I'd sure love to have a ranch someday... hmmm... just dreaming to have one actually. Who knows, right? *wink*
