I know, I know... I haven't published the whole story yet. It's done a long time ago, written in a few pages of my notebook, waiting for me to type it in here. In fact, since I am offline during daytime, I made my notebook my listening ear--- meaning I will have more pages to transfer here. *aarrghhh* I am busy checking some commercial real estate --- Ok, I am bluffing! The task is hard! *phew* I would leave that job to my landlady if I have to. She's a broker, by the way, in case you need an agent here. *wink* Really, I am (neck-high) loaded with work both in the office and at home and I am loving it...er... except for the 4 or 5 hours of sleep at night. I try to hit the sack around 10 or 11pm but couldn't really get my sleep until 12midnight. I guess I am still into my old habit. But it gives me time to catch up on my reading now and last night I was able to watch my favorite AXN TV series-- House! Did you know that it runs for 2 hours on Mondays? 10pm to 12mn... Remind me if I forget that! *heh heh*
Still, in the meantime, even at the risk of being ignorant in my own language, I am asking:
If the shape "oblong" is "taluhaba" in Tagalog and "rectangle" is "parihaba", what is "pahaba" in English? Elongated? Or is parihaba the same as pahaba and so with taluhaba? It could be a noun. It could also be an adjective. Now I am not making any point. Or Am I? LOL!
"Google it!" I could hear AV shouting already. But then again, come on! Participate! Hwelp! But stretch your brain first before you hit that search button!
P.S. I did not know that taluhaba is the term for oblong until I Google(d) it. *wehehe* Also, let me use this entry to help someone who's used "tagalog ng salitang yawn" as his/her search entry in Google. The answer is hikab.
And since, we're into searching, let's help someone who's looking for Mr. Danilo Villaluna. He's left his wife and daughter almost a decade ago for another woman (women). That's fine. But to abandon his old mother without sending any support? *Grrr...*
Time to hit the sack now. *hikab*
